Relapse Prevention Program

Offers a 3-phase, six-month relapse prevention program, designed to help individuals acquire the skills and confidence needed to achieve long-term sobriety. Clients have the option of an additional 18 months of transitional housing.

Services include:

• Clinical case management
• Housing search support
• Counseling
• Treatment planning
• Evidence based recovery focused curriculum
• Chapel services
• Spiritual support and guidance
• Employment and job search services
• Assistance with budgeting and life skills
• Medical and psychiatric referrals
• Access to a computer lab
• Transitional housing
• Assistance with applying for SNAP benefits

Men who:

• Have recently completed a detox program
• Are not registered sex offenders
• Have not been convicted of a violent felony within the last 5 years
